Rambell Enterprise Ltd ("Promoter", "we", "us", "our"), with company number C-65197 and registered office at 2nd Floor, PWC Tower, Rangoon Lane, Cantonments- Accra, operates a World Cup Bonanza (the "Raffle") via Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) short code and on the website www.playrambell.com (the "Website").

2.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our USSD short code, the Website, your creation of an account upon winning with us ("Rambell Account"), your entry into the World Cup Bonanza, your purchase of tickets ("Tickets") and your eligibility for and acceptance of any prize (collectively, the "Services").

2.2 By using any of the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Services.

We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to provide you with advance notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must immediately close your Rambell Account and/or stop using the Services.

4.1 The Services are intended to be offered to persons who are citizens of Ghana who hold a valid Ghana Passport and non-Ghanaian citizens whose legal permanent residence is in the Republic of Ghana and hold a valid Ghana card.

4.2 Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services. By registering an account with the Promoter or by using the USSD code, each person ("Entrant") confirms that they are aged eighteen (18) years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with the Promoter as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Where an Entrant is between eighteen (18) and twenty (20) years old, they must confirm that they have obtained the necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

4.3 By using the Services, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in the Republic of Ghana.

5.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we hereby grant to you a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and non-sublicensable licence to use the Services for your non-commercial use. You are not permitted to, and you agree not to permit or assist others to, copy, modify, decode, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the Services or attempt to transfer, loan, lease, assign, sublicense, sell, or otherwise grant rights in or to the Services. Any use of the Services otherwise than as specifically authorised in these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited and where this occurs, we may suspend or terminate the licence with or without prior notice to you.

5.2 The Services, including all text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, and other content contained in the Services (including any such content and other interfaces on our Website) and all intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by the Promoter, our partners and/or our licensors. The Services and all intellectual property in the Services are protected by intellectual property law and you may not copy, imitate, reproduce or modify them, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. You acknowledge and accept that, by using the Services, you do not have or otherwise acquire any licence or right (including any implied right) to use the Services otherwise than as expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions.

6.1 We will provide the Services using our reasonable skill and care and we will use reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth maintenance and operation of the Services but we do not warrant or represent that any aspect of the Services (including the availability of our USSD code or the Website) shall be uninterrupted or error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components or that you will be able to access or use the Services at any time or location of your choosing. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you can access the Services, including ensuring that you have a secure internet connection to use the Services.

6.2 We will use reasonable efforts to award the prize for the Raffle to the correct Entrant. If, due to reasons of hardware, software or other computer related error, failure, bugs or the unintended operation of any technical systems or software or due to human error, the prize is awarded to an Entrant incorrectly, we reserve the right to reclaim the raffle prize and award it to the correct Entrant, in our sole discretion and without admission of liability. If we incorrectly deliver a prize to you, you are obliged to promptly notify us upon your discovery of the error, take reasonable care of the prize whilst it is in your possession and return the prize to us (in the same condition in which you received the prize) within 72 hours of receiving our return instructions. The Promoter shall bear your reasonable costs of any such return delivery.

6.3 We reserve the right to, at any time in our sole discretion, do any of the following: (i) implement any technical changes or improvements to the Services; (ii) fix bugs, system failures or software issues; (iii) improve the security of the Services; and (iv) ensure compliance with applicable laws. Where we make any other modifications to the Services (including by withdrawing, suspending, removing, amending or altering products), we will provide prior notice to you, where possible, provided that some amendments to the Services may need to be made with immediate effect and without notice.

6.4 You hereby acknowledge and accept that in accordance with applicable law, we have the right to suspend, delete, terminate and/or disable your Rambell Account, phone number and/or remove your access to the Services: (i) immediately, without notice, where you have breached any provisions of these Terms and Conditions (including, for the avoidance of doubt, where you engage in any of the prohibited activities provided in clause 7.1); or (ii) for any reason by providing reasonable notice in advance, where reasonably possible. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have engaged in any of the prohibited activities provided in clause 7.1, then we may immediately suspend your Rambell Account and phone number whilst we consider the matter further and during this period of suspension, you agree to cooperate with our investigations and you will not be able to access your Rambell Account (including any Tickets you have purchased). If we determine in our reasonable discretion that you have engaged in a prohibited activity, then we shall be entitled to permanently close your Rambell Account, block your phone number, remove your access to the Services, withhold, void or demand the return of any prizes and share your details with any relevant law enforcement agencies and/or regulatory authorities.

6.5 We may, at our discretion and on reasonable grounds, suspend, restrict or close an account where we consider it necessary to ensure fair treatment of customers or the integrity of our services. This may include situations where information provided to us indicates that continued participation could reasonably be expected to impair informed decision-making or result in misuse of our services. Any action we take under this clause will be proportionate and nothing in this clause imposes any obligation on us to monitor or assess individual circumstances.

7.1 You may only use the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and accept that you will not, nor will you assist nor encourage another to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with the use of the Services:

• (a) engage in any form of fraudulent, improper or illegal activity, or any form of collusion or cheating;
• (b) provide incorrect, inaccurate or misleading information when registering for your Rambell Account;
• (c) create or use multiple Rambell Accounts;
• (d) allow someone else to use your Rambell Account or phone number (Mobile money account) (whether intentionally or unintentionally) or if you use or attempt to use another user's Rambell Account or phone number (Mobile money account);
• (e) interrupt, interfere with, attack, disrupt, manipulate, gain unauthorised access to, or introduce any viruses, trojans or other malicious material into, the Website or any servers, software, systems or databases used in connection with the provision of the Services (or attempt to do any of the foregoing);
• (f) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper functioning of, or any other person's use of, the Services;
• (g) breach, impair, interfere with, or circumvent any security systems or measures used to protect the Services (or attempt to do any of the foregoing);
• (h) use any artificial intelligence tools when accessing the Services or data mining or extraction methods intended to scrape or extract data from the Services;
• (i) collect or store any personally identifiable information from other users of the Services;
• (j) develop or use any applications, software or APIs that interact with the Services without our prior written consent;
• (k) in our reasonable discretion, engage in any activity which is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Services, or may expose us to any harm or liability of any kind;
• (l) use the Services if you are under 18 (eighteen) years old in breach of your obligations set out in clause 4.2;
• (m) use the Services or access your Rambell Account in breach of your obligations provided in clause 4.3, including where you use a VPN to disguise your location to use the Services or access your Rambell Account;
• (n) engage in any abuse and/or harassment of our employees; or
• (o) make any comments about Rambell which are, or create any posts or content in relation, or referring, to Rambell which is, unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, vulgar, harassing, threatening, violent, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, and/or discriminatory or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, or religious group.

8.1 The Raffle may be entered by purchasing Tickets online or via USSD short code (“USSD entry”) as designated by the Promoter. Any person who enters or attempts to enter the Raffle (an “Entrant”) shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 There is no maximum number of entries permitted per person for this Raffle. The Raffle will close at the end of the Promotion Period, and no further entries shall be accepted thereafter, subject to clause 9.2.

8.3 We reserve the right in our sole discretion to adjust the entry requirements, rules and formalities of the Raffle and to organize any Raffle under any alternative name, provided that such adjustments are made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

8.4 We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any entries. Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an Entrant has committed a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, any entries made by that Entrant shall be forfeited and no refund shall be issued for any fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entries, unless the breach is solely attributable to a fault or error in our systems.

8.5 We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete entries. Any such entries shall be forfeited, and no refund shall be issued for any fees or expenses incurred in connection with such entries, unless the incompletion is solely attributable to a fault or error in our systems.

8.6 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all entries become our property and shall not be returned.

8.7 How to Enter the Raffle
Entrants may enter the Raffle and purchase Tickets using the following methods only:

8.7.1 Online: By visiting our Website and completing the relevant steps; or

8.7.2 USSD: By dialling *899*899# and following the prompts.

8.8 The Entry and Draw Process
The draw shall operate on a certified and National Lottery Authority (NLA) verified random number generated system (RNG) on the Caritas Platform of the NLA. Regardless of the method of entry, the following process shall apply;

• (a) Each Ticket purchased shall grant one (1) entry into the weekly draw.
• (b) Multiple Tickets may be purchased in a single session.
• (c) Upon successful payment, a unique number for each successful entry is generated randomly, which shall be referenced against the Winning Ticket numbers in the weekly draw.
• (d) Successful entries will receive an SMS confirmation as proof of purchase and entry.
• (e) Winners will be selected randomly using a certified and NLA-verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system during a weekly live draw.

8.9 Further requirements

• (a) The cost of entry will be GHS 20 per Ticket, which reflects the cost of each entry into the Raffle. This price shall be clearly displayed on the relevant Raffle page on the Website. Entrants are advised that network providers may apply standard network charges for USSD or SMS transactions, which vary by provider and are outside the Promoter's control.
• (b) Each Ticket purchased at GHS 20 shall constitute one (1) valid entry into the Raffle.
• (c) You will need a valid Ghanaian mobile phone number and an active mobile money account in order to enter the Raffle. If we cannot verify your Ghanaian mobile phone number and mobile money account, you may not receive your prize.
• (d) The Winner's contract is executed with and tied exclusively to the mobile money account holder that concluded the transaction (not the SIM card owner) and is non-transferable, ensuring clear traceability and compliance with Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) standards.
• (e) Refunds shall not be issued where the SIM card used for entry does not belong to the registered owner of the mobile money account through which payment was made.
• (f) Invalid or unsuccessful entries submitted via the USSD method shall still incur applicable network or transaction charges; however, if such invalidity or failure is solely attributable to a technical fault in the Promoter's systems, a refund shall be issued.
• (g) Network providers may impose limitations on the number of USSD entries that can be sent and such restrictions are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

8.10 There is no requirement to have an active Rambell Account at the time a USSD Entry is submitted; however, a valid Ghanaian mobile phone number and verifiable mobile money account are required. Where an Entrant holds an active Rambell Account, any USSD Entry made will be automatically linked to that account.

8.11 We reserve the right in our sole discretion to run USSD Entry or Website-based promotions for the Raffle at any time.

8.12 Entry Limitations
There is no maximum number of Raffle entries that may be submitted by an Entrant.
Each Entrant shall be eligible to win only one (1) prize during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of entries submitted. Multiple entries shall only increase the Entrant's chances of selection and prizes are strictly non-transferable.

8.13 Payments
You acknowledge and accept that the pricing of the Raffle and Tickets is in our discretion and will be specified at the point of sale and/or displayed on our Website.

• (a) When purchasing Tickets, you must provide accurate contact and payment details. Payment can be made as specified on the Website or the USSD code. Certain banks and mobile money providers may impose charges for making transactions in connection with your purchase and such charges may vary by operator; please check with your bank or mobile money provider for more details.
• (b) Once your payment has cleared successfully, confirmation of entry into the Raffle will be sent by SMS as proof of purchase and participation.

9.1 The Raffle shall run for a specified period commencing on 4th November 2025 and ending on 8th March 2026 ("Promotion Period") and may be extended at the discretion of the promoter.

9.2 The Promotion Period shall be identical across all methods of entry, including online and USSD Entries. To ensure sufficient time for all USSD entries and SMS notifications to be received and processed, entries for that particular draw will close 2 hours before the draw time to be determined by the promoter.

10.1 The Winning Tickets for each draw shall be drawn using a certified and NLA verified RNG system on the Caritas Platform

10.2 All eligible entries received by the Promoter up to the applicable cut-off time for each week during the Promotion Period will be entered into that week's draw. Draws will run weekly from Monday to Sunday, with winners drawn on Sunday.

10.3 All non-winning entries for the relevant week will be void.

10.4 A list of Winners first names and the last four digits of their phone numbers will be available during the live stream of the draw and on our website.

11.1 Entrants whose entries are drawn as winning entries are collectively referred to as ("Potential Winner(s)"). Once a Potential Winner has been successfully verified and confirmed as eligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and has signed the winner acceptance contract such individual shall be deemed a "Winner" for the purposes of the Raffle. A list of Potential Winners will be published on the Website.

11.2 A participant may only qualify as a potential winner under one (1) phone number (Mobile Money account). In the event that a participant submits entries using multiple phone numbers or Mobile Money accounts, whether on the same or different networks, the declaration of any one phone number (Mobile Money account) as a potential winner shall render all other entries by that participant null and void. Any winnings associated with such additional entries shall be forfeited. We will make reasonable attempts to contact Potential Winner(s) using the telephone numbers and/or email address provided at the time of entry (or as subsequently updated) and stored securely in our database. We will notify winners via SMS from the official hotline. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and up to date and for verifying any official communications before disclosing personal information. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the contact details provided by Entrants.

11.3 A Potential Winner must acknowledge and accept the prize within five (5) calendar days of first being notified by the Promoter. If, for any reason:

• (i) we are unable to contact a Potential Winner within 5 (five) calendar days of the relevant draw date (the period may be extended at our sole discretion);
• (ii) the Potential Winner fails to sign their winner acceptance contract within 5 (five) calendar days as of the date on which we are able to successfully contact them;
• (iii) the Potential Winner is disqualified due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
• (iv) the Potential Winner fails to complete any required verification or provide any outstanding information within five (5) calendar days from the date of notification as a Potential Winner (which period may also be extended at our sole discretion), then the Potential Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
• (v) For the avoidance of doubt, we shall bear no liability once a prize has been deemed forfeited by such Potential Winner(s) and such forfeited prizes may, at our discretion, be awarded to a alternate winner or included in a future draw.

11.4 We reserve the right in our sole discretion to extend the closing date of the draw or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Raffle where circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise, including but not limited to computer viruses, network failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any event affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Raffle. In such circumstances, the Promoter shall make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice.

12.1 Potential Winners shall be required to provide documentary evidence for verification of identity, age and eligibility to participate in the Raffle, including mobile money account details, national identification card and passport, prior to prize delivery. This verification process shall include KYC checks conducted through the National identification authority (NIA) and the relevant mobile money operators.

12.2 Failure to meet these obligations in 13.1 may result in the Potential Winner being disqualified and the Promoter selecting an alternative Winner at the sole discretion of the Promoter. A set of alternate winners will be selected and held confidentially to ensure timely substitution in the event of ineligibility, withdrawal, or visa denial.

12.3 All Potential Winners may be required to provide photographic evidence to assist the Promoter in confirming their identity.

12.4 Upon notification by official SMS as a winner, the Winner must formally accept the prize within five (5) days by completing the following steps on the website:

• (a) Follow the link provided in the winning SMS message to access the Website for further verification and prize claim instructions.
• (b) Create a Rambell Account and confirm identity by verifying mobile money account details, national ID, and passport information;
• (c) Sign the Winner Acceptance Contract, a short digital agreement confirming ownership of the mobile money account and acknowledging that the prize is non-transferable;
• (d) Acknowledge all travel terms and conditions, including group travel rules, visa requirements, and conduct guidelines; and
• (e) Upon completion of these steps, the Winner Contract shall become active and the Winner shall be officially onboarded onto the travel and visa preparation process which will be handled by a designated travel agent.

12.5 All Potential Winners must hold a valid passport at the time of prize acceptance. Failure to provide a valid passport within the prescribed period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.

12.6 Following successful verification of the information provided, the Promoter may contact Winners to arrange fulfilment of the prize.

13.1 The Raffle prizes comprise of a subsidised travel package to attend the group stages of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The prize includes:

• (a) subsidized flights (round trip).
• (b) Complimentary accommodation in a hotel or FIFA-designated sports village.
• (c) Free match tickets to Ghana's group-stage games; and
• (d) A fully sponsored visa application process, including document support, coaching, appointment booking and interview preparation by visa agents.
• (e) The Promoter will pay all standard embassy fees directly to the authorised service provider and Winners must attend interviews personally and provide required documents (passport, photographs, proof of funds, health or police certificates, etc.).
• (f) Visa issuance remains the exclusive discretion of the embassy of the host country. The Promoter does not guarantee visa approval.

13.2 In the event that a Winner's visa application is denied, the Winner shall forfeit the prize and the Promoter shall retain full discretion regarding how to reallocate the forfeited ticket.

13.3 Potential Winners shall be responsible for the balance of their subsidised flight fare. The ticket price shall be communicated to Potential Winners once finalized and shall be paid in full prior to the commencement of visa processing.

13.4 Return travel shall occur immediately after Ghana's elimination or final group match, whichever comes first.

13.5 If a Potential Winner's visa application is denied after flight payment has been made, they shall be entitled to a full refund of the subsidised flight ticket amount paid.

13.6 During the course of the Raffle, if, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we will refund subsidised flight ticket amount paid.

13.7 Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and expenses related to the acceptance, ownership and use of the prize, save for where the Promoter has explicitly stated that specific costs will be covered.

13.8 Each Winner shall only be eligible to win once in the Raffle.

13.9 All other expenses not expressly specified or stated herein shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

13.10 Each prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other monetary substitutes.

14.1 The prize consists of an experience to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which includes subsidized round flight, accommodation, visa support and match attendance as specified by the Promoter.

14.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and must be accepted for the specific dates and itinerary provided by the Promoter. Failure by the Winner to accept or attend the prize as scheduled shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

15.1 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including providing photographs and/or participating in video recordings, which may be used by the Promoter for marketing and public relations purposes in connection with the Raffle and for identifying them as Winners.

15.2 For transparency purposes, the Promoter may publish limited information relating to Winners (such as name, region of residence, and photograph) on the 'Winners' section of the Website. Entrants who wish to opt out of such publication must notify the Promoter in writing. Notwithstanding such notice, the Promoter reserves the right to disclose personal information where required by law, regulatory authorities, or law enforcement agencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants shall indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors and suppliers from and against any losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Entrant. We may elect to have control of the defense or settlement, which shall be exercised in our reasonable discretion, against any third-party claim, demand, action or proceeding arising out of the Entrant's use of the Services.

17.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for:
(i) death or personal injury resulting from our negligence;
(ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.

17.2 If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we shall be liable for any loss or damage which is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our negligence (for example, losses which would be an obvious result of our breach, or damages which were contemplated by both you and us at the time of you entering a raffle), but we shall incur no liability to you for any loss or damage which is not reasonably foreseeable.

17.3 Save as set out in clause 17.1, our maximum liability to you in relation to any one incident or a connected series of incidents, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will be limited as follows:

• (a) where our liability relates to your participation in a raffle and you have won a ticket, it will be limited to the cash value of the ticket purchased;
• (b) where our liability arises from the loss or deletion of your entry, a failure to process your entry, or a technical issue, fault, or other system-related failure which prevents your entry from being successfully registered or processed in a raffle, your sole remedy shall be a replacement entry into another raffle;
• (c) in all other circumstances, GHS 1,000 (one thousand cedis).

17.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained by you or any other person as a result of:

• (a) any use by you of the Services in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• (b) the abuse of the Services by other users;
• (c) any delay in the supply of tickets to the Winner(s);
• (d) the cancellation or claw-back by us of any prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
• (e) any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, system, hardware, software or internet malfunctions, failures, bugs, viruses, errors, availability issues or any deviation from the expected functioning of the Services for whatever reason (unless as a result of our failure to use reasonable skill and care);
• (f) any events, acts, omissions, accidents or delays in performance of our obligations which are beyond our reasonable control, including: (i) in connection with the acts, omissions, defaults, breaches, inactions, systems or software failures of any third party providers who assist in providing the Services; (ii) your or any other person's use or misuse of the Services (including our apps and/or the Website and your Rambell Account); (iii) any failures caused by the equipment or hardware that you use to access the Services; (iv) any failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions; (v) unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data; or (vi) war, terrorist activity, riots, malicious damage, fire, flood, storm, nuclear accident or compliance with any new law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction; or
• (g) any damage to your equipment or hardware or loss or corruption of data that results from your use of the Services (including our apps and/or the Website), except that where any defective digital content that we supply to you damages any of your equipment or hardware which is caused by our failure to use reasonable skill and care, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation (as determined in our sole discretion).

17.5 The Promoter is not liable for:

• Visa denials, embassy delays, or rejection decisions.
• Injury, loss, or damage during travel, accommodation, or match attendance.
• Changes in World Cup scheduling, Ghana's elimination, or match cancellations.
• Winners participate in travel and events at their own risk.

17.6 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion due to force majeure, pandemic restrictions, regulatory changes or security concerns.

17.7 We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so.

17.8 We are not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA.

Any personal data supplied or authorised for use by an Entrant shall be processed in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy and used solely for administering the Raffle and fulfilling prizes.

(a) Any complaints and disputes arising from this Promotion shall first be resolved amicably between the entrant and the Promoter.

If unresolved, complaints and disputes shall be referred to the NLA Complaints Committee or to a court of competent jurisdiction in Ghana and handled in accordance with our internal Complaints Policy and the applicable regulations of the National Lottery Authority (NLA).

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the provision of the Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the provision of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Ghana.

You acknowledge and accept that no partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary or employment relationship exists between you and us because of your use of the Services or any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions.

All notices required by you pursuant to these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and sent to the address provided in clause 22.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any person, in whole or in part, with or without notice to you, whereas you may not assign, gift or sell your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions and any attempt to do so will be null and void.

These Terms and Conditions are not intended to give any rights to any person except you and us, provided that this clause 26 does not affect our rights under clause 27.

The section titles in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Use of the word "including" will be interpreted to mean "including without limitation."

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or unlawful by any court or regulator for any reason, then such provision shall have no impact whatsoever on the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions which shall continue in full force and effect and the unenforceable or unlawful provision will be interpreted so as to preserve the intentions of these Terms and Conditions to the fullest extent possible in compliance with applicable law.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed or operate as a waiver of such right or provision, nor shall it affect our ability to enforce such right or provision in the future.

(a) Winners must maintain proper conduct at all times during travel and stay. Any act of vandalism, destruction of property or disorderly behaviour will result in immediate physical removal from the programme and the offending individual shall be personally liable for all costs of repairs, damages or fines resulting from such actions and the promoter bears no liability for such actions and shall not pay any refunds.

(b) The Promoter and the National Lottery Authority (NLA) shall not be responsible or liable for the actions, omissions or behaviour of any Winner or participant while abroad. All Winners must at all times comply with the laws, customs and regulations of the host country and conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the good image of Ghana.

(c) The Promoter and the NLA expressly disclaim any liability for:

• I. Any criminal, civil or administrative offence committed by a winner or participant during travel or stay;
• II. Any arrest, detention, prosecution or penalty imposed by the host country's authorities;
• III. Any loss, injury or damage arising from such misconduct.

(d) Winners found engaging in illegal acts, vandalism, disorderly behaviour or any activity contrary to host-country law shall bear personal responsibility for the consequences and may be immediately expelled from the World Cup Experience programme without refund or recourse.

(e) The Promoter reserves the right to notify relevant authorities and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies where a Winner or participant's conduct breaches host-country laws or endangers others.

These Terms and Conditions (and any other documents, rules or policies incorporated by reference) reflect the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, statements and understandings of you and us.
